Having looked at nearly 20 different properties in Denver and surrounding areas over the past three weeks, I have seen what seems like every one-bedroom/one-bathroom unit in Colorado (ranging in square footage from 600 to 975, and with monthly rent quotes everywhere from $610 to $1100 for 12 month leases). While the majority of the prospects have merely blurred together now, I cannot forget the exceptionally well-renovated units and outstanding prices at Ponderosa Villas. Also, my experience with a very professional and knowledgeable (yet friendly!) leasing agent, Paul, was truly the best of anywhere I visited, without a doubt. I very much appreciated his helpful, enthusiastic, and respectful attitude while he went out of his way to find the perfect unit to meet my specific needs, the pushy sales tactics and less than honest representations of the property that I frequently encountered elsewhere were completely absent. If you re looking for an apartment in Denver, I highly recommend you give him a call to see what Ponderosa Villas has to offer first maybe I ll save you a few stops! Happy hunting, Amber Cunningham

I beg your pardon - I have no connection to the company and do not personally know or have any relationship to anyone employed by or living at your community or at ANY community owned or managed by the company or companies owning/managing Ponderosa Villas. Not only did I look at what seems like nearly every apartment community in the Denver metro area, I also have six years of experience as a tenant at different apartments and communities nearby. In addition to experience as a resident, I hold a degree in Real Estate from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, as well as a minor in business ethics and legal studies - giving me not only extensive knowledge of the commercial and residential real estate industries from both the landlord and tenant's perspective, but also a very strong ethical framework upon which I base all of my decisions and actions, be they personal or business related. Frankly I find it irritating and discouraging that the vast majority of rating comments on this site and others like it are negative, and having something good to share I was eager to do so. Perhaps your time would be better spent contacting appropriate authorities to report alleged illegal activity and forming better relationships with those responsible for assuring that you live in a healthy, productive environment - remember, they work for you! While I see you've elected not to identify yourself, making the validity and legitimacy of your response questionable at best in my opinion, I have no problem sharing with readers who I am, as I have nothing to hide and provided honest feedback based on my experience. If it's so horrible and over-priced, why is it that you choose to live there??

That is your opinion and I have my own! Just look at all the negative reviews. I didn't ask for your credentials, and maybe the reviews are negative for a reason. Just want to get people aware of the situation and let them make their own decisions. Thank you...

Well good for you Miss Cunningham that you seem to be having such a wonderful time living here. I am glad that atleast someone is. I for sure am not. You must be one in a million who likes it here. So please stop attacking that person for merely stating their opinon as you have so graciously done as well. I can't stand living here, the leasing staff is rude and could use a good dose of humility. The manager is alright. ------------------------------------------------------ FOR THOSE OF YOU THINKING OF MOVING HERE I WOULD TAKE THESE REVIEWS TO HEART BUT I WOULD ALSO ADVISE YOU TO VISIT THE COMPLEX, DRIVE THROUGH AND TALK TO PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE TO GET THEIR OPINON. I CAN ASSURE YOU IT WILL BE ALL BAD UNLESS OF COURSE YOU RUN INTO MISS CUNNINGHAM.
