I have read the reviews of living at Ponderosa Villas apartments and I have questions for the bad review writers...
I have lived here now for about 9 months now...
I have not any problems whatsoever with the Leasing Office staff at all ! I have been treated with courtesy, respect, and understanding from my first call from out of state to inquire about this property all the way through to moving in and living here! The maintenance staff are courteous, and take the time to figure out any problems, and fix it right the first time. There are always plenty of parking spaces available...
This property has a diverse mix of residents... Its a safe place where kids play outside, residents swim in the pools,and students walk their dogs even late at night...

That may be the case now but once something goes wrong then thats when they do a complete three sixty. For example: I have a leaking ceiling and after several attempts to get it fix the leasing staff went from caring and apoligizing to straight up rude and made it seem like I was being very inconvient just for wanting my leaking ceiling fix. If you are on good terms with them they will do anything for you. If not then don't even bring anything to their attention. I used to be on good terms with Paul...then he had the nerve to call me a B****!
