Listen, if your reading this, remember if people take the time to write a review its usually because they are pissed off about one bad experience. Then they think of any small problem they may have had and blow it up in some kind of rant on a website such as this. The happy residents have no reason to let out frustration because they have none. I am writing this because as I googled the name of Ponderosa to get the number(To call and find out if I got my security deposit back)I saw the reviews of this place so low. I can tell you that life is what u make it, I had a great experience here, I paid my rent, they kept the place clean, period. I never felt unsafe and niether did my girlfrind. We lived on the side right next to Florida St. and I can say that I noticed the buildings on the other side werent as nice as mine. The people living on my side also seemed cleaner and nice, and I assume our rent was higher. Our place was clean, we kept it clean, we had one annoying neigbor that was loud but I'm no complainer and it went away. We had one major leak in our bathroom and they tried like hell to fix it, the cam over and over, and even though i took some time, they figured it out and fixed it. My car was always safe and my girlfriends 25 thousand dollar saab was never touched. There was one guy at the office who was an idiot but he is gone now. The management is running a business, of course they want to get money out of you but just be thourough, do your walkthrough well and get any agreements written down. Its all common sennse people. This place is very nice and clean for the price and my side was completly safe and clean.
