 Beautiful building, well managed.

 Negatives: Poorly constructed building. Plumbing and electrical problems common. Cheap appliances will leak or fail completely. Live-in maintenance man quit, and was not replaced. Staff cannot supervise repairmen, therefore you will need to take a day off work every time you ... more

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
