I paid $1000 for a 660 sf studio! Lived there for a year loved to be able to walk downtown or take a cheap cab ride when it was snowy or rainy. The property offered great activities. One time they rented out an entire car on the ski train and took residents on a first come first served basis for free. That was fun. Summer time bbqs by the pool. They hadn't figured out the entertainment room when I lived there and it was mostly inaccessible due to damage by vandals. The parking wasn't great as you had to pay for a 2nd spot in the gated area. Tickets were issued for parkers parking in the visitor section. The unit was great for being a studio. Huge walk in bedroom closet, but lacking in kitchen storage. The windows were also a little high for my taste. But the preks were worth the time and money I spent there. Oh yeah, I loved the trash chutes on every floor. Seems lazy but they are really nice.
