The facilities in this complex are really nice, there's a pool, the gym is rarely crowded and the courtyards are all really attractive and nice. Construction of the place is pretty good although you can sometimes hear very loud neighbors. The downside of the complex is that it's in an "up and coming" neighborhood which means that it can be pretty sketchy at times. Definitely not safe to be walking around alone at night if you're a block or two from the complex. Make sure you explore the neighborhood on your own because when you go on the tour they convienently keep you from seeing the benches where beggers like to hang out and heckle you for money, and the park where a lot of transient, homeless people spend time.
