I am a PPS shareholder and also a tenent at Post Uptown Square in Denver. Yes, they may be a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for. Management is incredibly responsive to renter problems. Maintenance requests are handled immediately. Also, the apartments are very nice. I will hold this one for the long term.
