These apartments are horribly overpriced. I paid $745 a month for a one room studio that was 550 square feet. Although nothing went wrong with the apartment itself, the neighborhood is very sketchy, parking is inconvenient, the staff is very unprofessional, and they engage in some shady practices. For example, they won't do walk throughs when you turn in your keys, then they charge you for "damages" that were totally undocumented.
Go south of Colfax, just three blocks over is a great one bedroom for $550, $200 less than what I paid for a studio!
