Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Post definitely has a lot of amenities---a swimming pool, a roof garden, and a fitness center.. but the apartments are much too small, and they are overpriced, even for the Denver market. Other apartments in the area and south of Colfax in Capital Hill charge $550 or $600 for a 1br vs $750-800 at Post.
