I lived at the Post Apt Buildings from 2004-2005. The staff was unhelpful, and it was more than rude. The right word would be condescending. It's amazing that you could live somewhere where the "employees" actually feel they have the right to smirk or argue with any questions you may have. I feel as though I have been completely scammed by living at the Post. With the way certain financial "agreements" were handled, I wouldn't be surprised if the leasing consultants were due to make bonuses on every dollar they managed to pull out of you.
Of course I cannot say that eveyone I have met living at the Post is unhappy, but I know more people that had way more than an unsatisfactory experience here. It's more a feeling of pure anger that the leasing consultants walk around like a boss who is always in a crappy mood. I am an easy going very reasonable person, and I cannot stress enough how ridiculous and mentally draining it was dealing with this group of office members. This building's demographic is mainly a younger crowd , which might be the reason the company feels that it can push certain things a little further than should. I should not say company, but rather the Denver office. I am not familiar with other areas of Post, but I just wanted to add another complaint (I'm sure to the laundry list already formed) about this specific group of people, because I have never dealt with this type of incompetence (or maybe strategy) that they employed. The Denver office exemplifies that old anectdote about someone passing you in the desert and not handing you a glass of water---except here you would hear some laughter as they walk by. One last thing: this company will do whatever it takes in order for you not to retrieve any deposit that you have put down---and morever try to extract even more with crazy charges that your security deposit can't pay for. I really don't feel any better for writing this---in fact all those emotions are starting to come back and I am getting upset once more, but please I urge you not to live here because in a year you're going to have to write this same type of letter and relive those obnoxious power crazy people who actually think they have a single worth in this world. Honestly no better than a common con-artist. I wish I could have named names...Thanks and consider this review, I know it's just a rant and that you think it's just one person's bad experience; however if this place has P good reviews to bad (isn't that bad---shouldn't most people be happy living in an apartment building'' Be honest about it and ask yourself how these people writing these reviews have gotten so embittered toward living here'') The building and premises really cannot make someone that angry (they are inanimate objects)...just look at the ratio of reviews and ask yourself again how many of the office workers might have written a good review (just a speculation). READ YOUR LEASE VERY VERY CAREFULLY...be aware of all the little charges and just wait for the ones not even in the lease. Thanks

Sounds to me that someone who is encouraging others to read their lease "very very carefully" is one who didn't do it him/herself. Grow up and take responsibility for your actions.
