I lived at Post Uptown Square for one year. It is owned by a corporate office somewhere in Atlanta and I am almost 100% positive (Due to the experiences I went through) that people in Denver get paid based on how much money they can drag out of their tennants. I lived here for one year and I had horrible experiences with almost every member of the management team here. They are rude, unhelpful, condescending and miserable. It honestly feels like you are walking on eggshells during your entire lease.

On top of that, when you go to move out, not only will they keep your ENTIRE security deposit, but they will also charge you for all sorts of things that you didn't even realize would be a problem. They add ammendments to the lease without your consent and completely try to screw over all of their young tennants. (Which happens to be the entire building) Also - everything that they replace after you move out they will charge you top dollar to replace. They replaced all of the carpets in my apartment (800 Square Feet) and they charged me $1200 to do it. That is outrageous and there is nothing you can do because they can show you the invoice that shows they hired the most expensive contractor they could find to do the work. I am SURE that they have a huge deal with the guy. Beware of this place. It's just a miserable experience.
