The sale of this place has taken it from crappy to worse. They are looking to save $'s any way they can and have decreased the amenities of quest suites, sodium vapor lights in the garage, custodial services in the public areas. I can't think of one thing they have improved yet. The old owners had an on-site landscaper that made the place look incredible. The new owners have grounds people who just pick the big stuff out of the trash so it doesn't overflow. On item 4 safety... seems to be getting worse. The secured garage is not, and that means that some of the buildings are not secure, as a result. On Item 8 overall... it was OK but it seems that what I have had to say goes in one ear and out the other. No point in pointing out shortcomeings, they are not going to change anything. The shattered glass of a broken lightbulb stayed for 4 days and an emergency exit remained blocked for several days even though I said something to the office staff.
