We moved here in teh last month and before we signed the lease we read some of these reviews and asked the people in the office about the noise levels, the maintenance, and other things. They basically blew a lot of rose scented smoke up our butts by telling us that there are no noise problems (unless you live near the pool, which we do not) and that if there is a noise problem that they take care of ASAP or if it is after hours that their "Courtesy Officer" will be sure to handle it. They also stated that they promptly take care of any maintenance issues.

Well we signed the lease and moved in. Once we did so we saw a dramatic difference in the service that we were given. Upon arrival (With a U-Haul and such) we asked where we should park (we are new to Denver) and they did not really care. They told us to park in the basement of the complex (which has no elevator access at all). So we found a place on the street near the main entrance to our building. Also if you need to ask the office staff a question you are not greeted or acknowledged in any way, they will leave you standing there while they finish their chats or phone conversations. Then when they do decided to speak to you they act like you are bothering them by even breathing the same air as them.

As for the noise it is an issue. We live facing the courtyard and on the weekend other tenants use it like a private party room (Alcohol, music blasting, using community grill and tables like they own them) I know this area is for everyone but some of the people act as if it is just for them and it makes it hard to grill or enjoy the area. We have never seen a "Courtesy Officer" and even the things they claim (by posting signs everywhere) to be rules are not enforced. All pets are supposed to be leashed unless in the dog run area, well tenants have their dogs running all over the halls, courtyards, and property with out a leash constantly. It also stated that the roof top terrace is locked after 10pm; if this is the case then a whole lot of loud drunken party people must be locked up there all night long.

If you are looking for a peaceful relaxing place to live with friendly caring staff then this is not the property for you. If you just want to be close to downtown or are a noisy, inconsiderate person who does not care what type of customer service you get then you may have found a new home!! The one saving grace is that we do like our apartment and we do like being close to downtown. We just do not like the fact that the office staff basically looked us in the face and lied about every concern we brought to them before singing the lease.
