I moved to Denver a few months ago and have been very satisfied with Uptown Square. I live alone and spend alot of weekends at home doing work for my job, and I have never had any noise problems. Given, the building I am in has one of the less popular plazas and I don't live by the pool. I have had problems with my dryer (which I rent from an outside company) and the Uptown Square staff quickly responded to my problems everytime. I have had good experiences with the people in the office, one nice man even took me to pick up a package even though it was literally downpouring. Once someone's dog mistook the hall for a bathroom, literally it was disinfected and cleaned so quickly that I was impressed. Sadly, the pool had to be shut down for a while because people weren't using it respectfully, honestly if you are looking for a quiet place to get a tan and relax the rooftop deck is beautiful and basically silent. The location is great, the gardens are beautiful and the pretty brick walkways are kept clean. The gym is convenient. Yes, there are some spoiled college students here. (note to parents: if your child is at a sub-par state school, dont pay this much for rent. you are asking for them to live off you for the rest of their lives) I do feel like it is a little pricey, but I am glad to be living here. Also, after reading a couple comments on this site, I think I should mention that I have seen tenants being EXTREMELY rude to the staff. Really, they aren't saints. If you act like a spoiled brat and scream in their faces these peolpe will probably be less than thrilled to help you. I had to be persistant about getting my dryer fixed, but things break, but on your big kid pants and deal with it.

I'm sure this tenant has seen residents being rude to the staff, but what does she expect? I've experienced 2 hour waits to get packages, while the staff gives tours to people walking in after me, maintenance concerns that aren't addressed for months, vandalism throughout the community and safety issues that are brushed off (rape in the parking garage, shooting 2 blocks away). The staff's attitude towards tenants is dismissive at best, absent and infuriating at worst.
