the staff is rude and has no clue how to interract with people. adena and amy couldn't find their way out af a paper bag if they had a map. completely incompetent. you ask a simple question and they turn it around about how you must be doing something wrong. if adena gets frusterated, she hangs up on you... how professional. the whole staff needs to go away, maybe it's just the boss. attitude is the projection of management. if you don't have to deal with the idiots in the office it is actually a decent place to live, unless you have to do laundry. the laundry room was out of order, except for 2 quarter machines, for more than a month. the excuse, 'we are doing our best'. well, your best doesn't get my clothes clean. if for some reason you do decide to move in, just make sure you keep all records and know that you are siging your first born child away on the lease.
