The new management here is questionable. Common areas are often left dirty, trash is left to spill out in the hallways. The management is intrusive, coming into apartments for "inspections" several times over the course of a few months. Parking is awful. The parking rules are not enforced, some evenings there are dozens and dozens of non resident cars taking up space. The winter is awful, cars come from everywhere to park in the garage leaving the residents to find parking outside on the street. Dog owners here are irresponsible, the sidewalks and grassy areas are littered with dog excrement. There are much better properties to be found in Denver. Renter Beware!

Regarding the "dozens of non-resident cars taking up space" comment- I lived in Uptown Square for 2 years, and if a couple lives in a one-bedroom you only get one parking tag. Therefore, the second vehicle parked in empty spots below the keyed-access part of the parking lot without a tag. There's no way of knowing if that car was mine or a visitor, really.
