Rented a storage locker here, needed it for long term storage of things that wouldn't fit in the apartment..books, bikes, etc. Renewed the lease and there was no mention of the storage unit, figured it was all included. Turns out they had a glitch in the "system" and lost the info that I had rented it. They cleared it out in Feb. without giving any sort of notice at all. Went to check it in June and it was all gone, moved to their "storage area" which is a chainlink area filled with crap. My boxes had been torn open, stuff strewn everywhere and the bikes were gone. The guy that was showing me the stuff essentially blamed me for the issue, totally rude and unsympathetic. Needless to say, this is totally unprofessional from so many angles. I will be moving out as soon as possible, minus bikes that were probably sold on craigslist.
