expensive, poor mangmt, poor building

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
the walls are paper thin, 2 employees are on coke most of the time and no one knows, the toilet always gets backed up. The blinds fall apart. The floor is not hard wood. It goes on and on.
