Premier Lofts is anything but "premier"

When you come on a tour to Premier Lofts make sure you ask to see the disgusting parking garages, examine the fabulous workout equipment closely - because it looks good, but a lot of it doesn't work.
The fire alarms go off at least once a month, sometimes more.
The hot water goes out for days at a time - averaging around once a month now.
Aside from that, the staff at the front desk are great socialites but never get the work requests done or often forget to record that you've paid your rent at times.
And note that most of these comments on here mention how great the front desk staff is - makes you wonder who wrote these.
Stop and ask a REAL resident next time you drop by on a tour - providing our leases aren't up and we still live here of course!

Parking garages; Garage is in better condition than any other complex I have seen!!!
Fitness Center; Brand new TV's in there and everything seems to be working just fine
Fire Alarms; have not heard one in over 3 months!
Hot Water; Never has happened in the 3 years I have been here.
Staff; complete change of staff-for the better!
