For the most part the lofts are some of the best rentals Lo-Do has to offer, the maintainance staff is great, this place would be trashed without their unappreciated work.
Pet's are allowed, however, signed are posted everywhere that pets are not allowed! Walking aroung the paremeter of the building you litterally walk through pet waste because there is no place to walk your dog and many do not pick up after their pet.
The grill on the roof is scary filthy and is cleaned twice a year.
When you move in management is very freindly, after they get you to rent, their true colors come out; the building is managed by a inexperienced 23 year old that plays heavy favorites to a few.
Living here is comparable to living in a college frat house as there are loud parties every night; but not to worry if you are a favorite of managment.
Most of the people in the building are great, there are quit the many pretentious $25,000.00 a year millions that are annoying!
