First of all, dont live here if you have a problem with bugs. Being that there is an un-managed JUNGLE directly behind the property, you will encounter ants, spiders (huge and small), centipedes, etc.
Second, don't plan on living here if you like your car. I have NEVER lived somewhere with as many break in as at this community. It started becoming normal to see shattered glass all over the parking lot each morning on my way to work.
Thirdly, the management is rude, un-caring, and hardly there.
The leasing person is less than friendly, and rather a snotty, stuck up person.
When I first toured Prescott, I was impressed by the model.
However, I was disappointed in the least to see that my apartment did NOT resemble the condition of the model at all.
They offer an accent wall. However, the painting company that they hire to paint must be pretty cheap because that was the quality of the work done. CHEAP. There were splotches of paint left over on my ceiling; you could see where the paint ran down the wall. You could even make out the white underneath where they didn't paint enough.
There were holes in my drywall; my bathroom towel bar was not even screwed in. It didnt even fit the brackets that were holding it up!! I had to fix this myself.
And the ants!! There are ants all over the place! You cant get rid of them. You clean and clean, but they keep coming back. Also, no matter what time of day it is, the building itself, always smells awful.
Dogs barking all night long, exterior lights that come on during the day, BUT NOT AT NIGHT! I dont know about you, but I do not think its safe to walk through a DARK parking lot when you get home from work.
You pay for a pool you can't use, and have to work out in the DARK in their fitness room (due to an overheating problem).
It is an AWFUL AWFUL place to live. The best thing I did was move.
