Living at the Prescott Apartments is a real treat. The apartments are roomy, light and airy. I have big windows in my kitchen and study that look out onto the mountains, I have a wonderful view of the pool area from my living room and everything is kept in tiptop condition year round. I have lived here for over 8 years and love it. The staff is friendly and always quick to respond to maintenance requests. The building has a business center that is open 24/7, a beautiful clubroom that can be used for private parties and events and a lovely pool for fun and barbeques. The Prescott is also close to shopping, movies, restaurants right across the street. You can catch the bus right out front or drive only a mile to the Yale Avenue lite rail station. I highly recommend the Prescott Apartments. It's a great place to live!
