Before, we did have a lot of problems with this place, but it has gotten a lot better. My husband and I got into a jam, and basically had about 4 days to move. We could have gone somwhere else, but we decided to take our chance here again. We went to the leasing office and asked if they could revoke our 30 day notice and let us re sign a new lease. Now I was fully prepared to have them raise the rent, or say no. Instead, they not only let me re sign, but they didn't raise the rent 1 cent. They also let me have a free carpet shampoo. Also, we now have competent maintnance, so walkways are swept of snow in a timely manner. Also, they do make sure to now follow up if you have any complaints or concerns about other residents. Overall, I am really happy we stayed.
