I have been here as of Nov. 2003, I have had problems with the old management and now that they changed things are getting handled a lot smoother. This place is nice and quit, if I have a problem they ask me to write the problem down and the apartment # that is causing the problem and then the take care of it. I have had no more problems. Clara and Dacia are very pleasant and I feel like a family when I come into the office. They are very caring and try to take care of the problem. Let it snow. We help by taking care of our steps not only for our safety but our kids as well. You would shovel your own stairs at your house, right' If you (Quail Ridge Management) ever read these YOU ARE GREAT!! Please keep up the good work and stay with us.
