i have lived here for over a year now, and i must agree that the new office staff is much better than the old ones. This group is very friendly, and seem to know what they are doing. They also treat people like humans unlike the last crew that was in here. And about throwing a fit about the snow, hello it is snow, what do you expect them to be out there shoveling for you the whole time while it is still snowing. From what i have dealt with they always have people out there shoveling as soon as it is done snowing, and i think that that is reasonable. I have called in a few maint. things and they have all been done within 3 days. They also call to make sure it was done to my sattisfaction witch i think is really nice.
