I have lived in several apartments over the last few years and I feel that this is one of the better ones. I have called in a few requests and only one time did I have to wait for a part to be order. I called and spoke to the manager, Stacy and she was very nice and said that she would get back to me to let me know how long it would be. She called me back in less than 15 minutes and said that the part would be in later that day and it was and I was taken care of. I feel confident to know that my needs will be met here and I enjoy it here.
