The management and owners were turned in to Tri-County Health Dept. because of a deadly black mold in our apartment. They tried to remove material without the health dept. knowing, and rented the apartment after it was closed by the health dept. without cleaning all of the mold out of the apartment, and without a final inspection from the health dept. Tenants were required to sign waivers releasing the complex from responsibility for health problems from mold. My children and I have had mold-related health problems since living there. It is a dangerous place to live and is owned and managed by extremely dishonest "people."
