The apartments look nice and are fairly new.
The staff is courteous, but has a communication problem amongst themselves at times. When asking a direct question one cannot always get answers.
If you live on the ground level expect to deal with bug problems. Apparently, this is something you must learn to live with. I'm not talking the occasional spider either, everything from that to worms, beetles, earwigs and others .... during spring, summer and fall months.
Parking can be problematic if you don't return home by 8pm each night. You're not guaranteed any spots, therefore you may have to park several buildings down from your apartment. Not the safest feeling at night in the dark when you're a single girl. The complex does have a gated community, but alot of good that does when the pedestrian gate is always unlocked and people follow in right behind other vehicles also.
This past year the complex also suffered flooding problems in some of there kitchens due to construction problems also.
