Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I've been living here almost a year. We signed a lease for one year, so a one bedroom apartment is 660 trash and water. Our lease is end in mid november. We have received a letter from the office that says if do not sign another one year lease our rent for a ONE BEDROOM APARATMENT is going to be 980 trash and water. I thought it is ridicilous!!!! i could rent a whole house for this amount. A year ago the rent was 750 dollars without signing a lease and now is 980!!!
We were planning to rent a two bedroom apartment for a while but maybe the rent for those close to two thousand, who knows'' The shortest lease is one year, two bad, therefore we are moving out!
Other than above, i loved to live here, its quiet and clean!
