First of all, their marketing is WAY ahead of the truth. The amenities they advertise seldom function. The gym equipment is never fixed even after repeated reminders, their service stinks! With the exception of ------ (the only truly dedicated management representative) the rest are worthless. Besides not being able to help you with options, they get aggressive, argumentative, and blatantly disrespectful. The first day you stop by as a prospective tenant, they'll all be nice... sign a lease and they act like they own you.

Every time I've called the main office to make a request, the manager ------ ----------- and her cronies like ---------- will not only argue with you but raise their voices at you (their tenant and customer) in anger. They forget who the customers are. Not to mention their lease terms are very stringent, favoring the management heavily and they manipulate the timing of specific notifications so as to squeeze out extra cash from you.

I have actually paid the heavy penalty to end my stay there and just get the hell out. If you value your rights as a tenant and as a person, and do not want to put up with rotten attitudes from the management, do not sign away a year of your life to them. Look elsewhere... there are plenty of options.

ok seriously i think you have issues. the office staff is very nice. maybe they just dont like you, have you ever thought of that?

Ok so i see that no one is willing to say the names of the office staff, so i will. ------ is the leasing manager. RUDE!!! And i forget the other girls name, i think its Chay or something like that. Shes backwards. Who cares if they see that we are bad mouthing them. They deserve it because the way they treat their tenats. Screw them.

The comment from the "Anonymous" office staff person dated 2/20/08 has the serious attitude issues. None of you people in that office should be in the customer service industry. You don't like ANY ONE!!!It's like walking back into high school with all the clicks of supposed "Cool/Popular" people and if you don't work there you are not one of them. Get real and grow up, you have a business to operate. You should take some management classes or get a job that you actually like.
