I have lived in the Regatta for a year now and will renew my lease. The reason for that is because I only have one more year in Colorado before i leave. So far things have been ok. The staff is alright, but their is a girl who has an attitude problem, and another person in the office who isnt that bright. There are going to be pros and cons with every apartment you live in though. My pros are, quiet, clean, nice apartments, and close to work. Cons are dog poop, even though they provide dog bags they are not always full and people dont always use them. This past year i had flooding in my kitchen due to rain because of the building roof. There is one apartment in my building, from what i heard only 2 people on the lease, but they seem to have 10 cars. Most of the time i have to park in front of a different building or in the tow-away zone or handicap.(there is no handicap in our building, if there was i wouldnt park there, and im not the only one who does it) I have given my security code to everyone in the office, but everytime they go in to fix something they cant seem to turn it off. I mean how hard it is to push in some numbers'''
Other than all that the place is nice. Im lucky to be living on the quiet side, from what ive heard. Its a choice you will have to make should you decide to live there.

I completely agree with you about the dog poo and the neighbors with ten cars. Some people just park their car in one spot and never move it. I actually had to call the office once to have a car towed that had been sitting there for over 6 months. the next day, it was gone. if you ever live somewhere else, you will see that this community is alot better than others

Just wait until you move out. They will send you the bill for replacing the carpet. Expect to pay them $1,200 or more. Don't expect your deposit back because you will not get it. Just get back on here and put in a complaint to warn off future renters. I wish we had seen this site before living there.
