I lived here from 2001 to 2008. I MISS IT!!!! I moved to the worst apartments ever in the tech center last month because of my job and I regret it. (The Enclave at Belleview Station) I would move back to The Regatta in a heart beat. I never had ANY issues whatsoever living there. I was completely happy. Noise was NEVER an issue, the walls and floors are pretty sound proof unlike where I live now and can hear every little thing that my neighbor does. The only noise I ever heard was from car alarms outside my bedroom window. But what can you expect when your window faces a parking lot' I would recommend this place 100% and am considering moving back there when my lease is up at this dump.
