They will sucker you in, keep raising your rent and then charge you like crazy when you leave.

Prior to going into detail about my bad experiences with this apartment complex, I will state a few of the good. There is very little noise and most of the appliances are reliable.

Now on to the bad:
Little to no snow removal services
Slow response times on maintenance calls
Rudeness by the administrative staff

But the real kicker is THIS COMPANY WILL TRY TO BILL YOU FOR EVERY SINGLE THING AFTER YOU MOVE OUT.

We took special effort to leave our apartment in exceptional condition when we move out so we could get our entire deposit back. You can only image the shock when we received a bill for over $1200 to replace the living room carpet. We only lived there for 1.5 years and have no pets. The carpet was in perfect condition. I will be taking bringing this up to my lawyer, but I wanted to leave this note to all interested in renting here. Watch your pocket book because they will find any reason at all to relieve you of your entire deposit and bill you for the remainder.

This is not the first time i have seen someone say that they charge you $1200 for the carpet when it is in good or great condition. Just to let you know, i heard from some carpet people, that fix and clean their carpets that they will patch holes, charge you $1200, pay them $50 for the repair and keep the rest of your money. Also that they are required to replace the carpet anyway after you move out. If its required why are they trying to charge the tenats??? I think the whole carpet deal is a rip off. Im sure i will get a bill as well. I dont see the purpose of paying for the WHOLE apartment if only one little spot is too dirty to clean or what not. Its crazy.
