This is my third apartment that I have lived in, and I just signed another lease to stay for another year. All I keep reading is that the leasing staff is rude, the parking is bad, the equipment is broke. I have not had any issues with anyone here. The staff is nice, Bernie is the best, the rent is VERY reasonable, and the grounds are always kept clean. For the ammenities that you get with this facility and the overall look of the complex believe me when I say that your really getting a great deal for the money that you pay. I recently called around to a few of the apartments near by just to see what they were renting a 2bd 1 bath for and they were starting at $1000 and going up to as much as $1350, and there sq ft was less then what I currently have now. I would recommend this place to many people, and my family and friends have made several comments on how nice of a place the Regatta is. It's an apartment, you cant expect too much, and you cant expect everything to be exactly how you want it...if you want it your way then hit the highway and buy a house.
