We lived there for a year. The parking was horrible-broken down cars left in spots, stolen cars were dumped in the back lots. Cops were there at least once a week in the parking lots looking for someone. There was little to no snow removal even though they have their own truck with a plow on it. The office staff are all high and mighty attitudes and could careless about your problems/issues/questions etc. When we moved we cleaned the place ourselves AND had a maid service and professional carpet cleaners come in to clean. We had a puppy and did all that we could to clean up after ourselves. They charged us almost $1800 dollars in addition to loosing our deposit and the monthly pet rent we paid. We have been paying that back to Carmel Partners, the management company, faithfully each month. We were told that as long as we paid it each month they would not report it on our rental history. Getting ready to move into a home now and we did not get accepted because Carmel Partners reported the damage done but did not state that arrangements and payments have been made consistantly. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! THEY ARE VERY GREEDY AND WILL TAKE ADVATAGE OF YOU NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE OR WHAT YOU HAVE!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

That is EXACTLY what happened to me! Our carpet was in excellent condition and they are trying to charge us $1800 for one room carpet replacement. I have not yet paid and will be fighting this, but if they ruin my rental history, I am not going to be very happy. Also, you may want to check out the BBB for Carmel Partners. They have an usatisfactory rating. I encourage you to report this, because it seems they are doing this to every one of their customers.

Wow, I have just left from the apartments and had tour the site with the assistant manager, Cherry Dao and she seemed so nice. I am so afraid to move in to the Regatta apartments. wow...

This also happened to us too!! i am furious! We don't even have any pets and they said there was pet stains on the carpet. they are ridiculous we were paying the $1250 bill in payments. and since they were not sending us recipts of any kind that we asked for 3 times. we stopped. this is the biggest nightmare! Now they are threating to take us to court. So i hired a lawyer and am going to fight this!
