My husband and I lived here for a year and a half. We had to give a 90 day notice, which is really excessive before moving out. We got most of our deposit back but they kept part of it as "administrative fees" what ever that means. We had a huge problem with one specific neighbor. They were some little kids right out of high school who moved into a respectable community to party. It was rediculous. They had kids in and out of their apt all hours of the night. They were never quiet or normal in the amount of noise that they made. We complained constantly. The apt manager told us to stop harassing the complex about the noise. She told us that basically it was our problem to deal with not Regatta's. I thought that it was their job to deal with disruptive tentants, not a fellow tenants. We moved out as soon as our lease ended.ANy time we contacted the office with an issue, no calls were ever returned. If you went into the office and spoke to them, they were very confrontational and accusational. nothing ever got resolved. There are gates, but people break them all the time. They are left open many nights and several cars were broken into and left on bricks after they had their wheels stolen. The gates give a false sense of security. The cops are here 2x per week at least. The area is nice but the manager, I think ------, she sucks. Horrible personal skills. many of the people who live hear are trashy and leave crap everywhere, trash the parking lots, fight with their doors open. Not a good experience.
