I have to say that i have always wanted to live here. I would drive by the place a say thats looks like a nice place to live. We got that chance last year. We feel in love with the place right then and there. the floor plans are great. But that is the only thing that is good about this place. the first thing that came up was when we where doing are walk though (they do it with you). as we where doing it I pointed out thing that i thought where big, eg... the flooring was coing up in the bathrooms, the screans in the windows where bent,ect. when i told her about the things in the appt. she said that they where already on the list and they would be fixed be for we movied in. 2 weeks later when we movied to my suprise they were not done. after finding this out i went down to the office and asked to see the walk though that we had done and "the list" that was made. after them tell me that they were two busy to look right then, to come back tomorrow. so i came back the next day and once again "to busy," and to come back. on the 3ed day of going down there they said that they where to busy once again, thats when i had it. i said to them that this was the 3ed day coming down here there is no one here what was so hard that one of the 5 people that where working that day could look up one peice of paper work up in are file. well i got what i was looking for and come to find out there was nothing writen on the walk though. when i said something they said that the appt look fine and that nothing need to be done. that was the first of many incounters with the office. becareful if you live by a person that has a dog because then they think that you have a dog. if u need anything done dont hold your breath. there has to be about 5 or 6 guys driving there little carts around but all they do. when it snows they will not start to removing snow tell it stops. the last thing that i have to say is the gates out front are there just for show. if they work (worked 3 out of 12 months) anyone can still get in. my son who is 8 can push them open like they where made of paper. i have to say this has to be the worst place that i have ever lived. and i have lived in about 4 different appt complexs. STAY AWAY

I noticed the same thing when I moved in. They do the walkthrough for you and when I asked them to write things down that I noticed the apartment manager would not. She said that it was normal wear and tear I was noticing and we would not be charged for normal wear and tear. When I moved out, we got a big fat bill. PS: Check out the BBB for Carmel Companies. They are rated unsatisfactory. Wish I had looked at that before I moved in :(
