I have to admitt moving i've had my heart set on living in the regatta apartments for awhile. I moved in about 10 months ago and literally after the first month I was already kicking myself. This apartment complex has to be one of the worst out there. The management is unbelieveably rude and I honestly think they should all be fired, they have such bad attitudes and are so snobby! Also at least every weekend there are a number of police cars by my building 4 or more either at someones house, or looking for somebody. The neighbors are incredibly loud with their loud cars, or their parties. When I went to complain I was told I would have to write a letter of complaint and when they would have time they would take care of it!!! But what I think is most shocking is how inconsistant the office is and the people that work there. Lately they just have random people working in there that seem to have no idea whats going on. Oh and my apartment which is on the bottom floor, had an extreme bug problem when I moved in, it was horrific how many bugs got in somehow, even the exterminator I called to take care of the problem commented on the poor qualities of the building thats why there were so many bugs! All I have to say is beware, this place is not worth anyones time!
