Very nice and clean property. The apartments are quiet and spacious with plenty of closet and storage place on the patio. The available one car detached garage has some storage place while accomodating a full size car. The management and maintenace staff are top notch usually addressing any concerns or problems with the same day. They are also very cordial and friendly.

You must be very illiterate. If you have read my profile, it clearly states I lived on the property for 3 years. The only reason for leaving was to move to a townhouse. As far as what happened with your deposit, you should have read your lease agreement which you probably violated the terms of that agreement.

I have to admit that this rating was worded exactly like an ad for an apartment community. Maintenance is top notch here and I love the fact that they keep the grounds very clean. As to the management staff? Well, I don't think that the manager or assistant manager are very good at, shall we say, "customer relations?" As to this review and the "resident" who posted it, how do we know who you are? The wording, your user name of "regatta happy", Hmmmm.... The answer that "regattahappy" posted to the first comment about "the most bull ever" (posted anonymously) mentioned something about losing a deposit. Why that comment? Hmmmmm.....
