These are some the nicest apartments I have lived in for awhile and probably the quietest. I feel very secure here with my wife an two girls. Every apartment comes equipt with a intrusion alarm. The office staff is great they will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Very cool swimming pool, weight room and clubhouse. You'll like the jogging trail behind the complex and the firework shows nearby. One thing that doesn't fit is the high cost of water. Unfortunately the complex uses the Northglenn water well. This will run you about 3 times the amount as you would pay in Denver. Not to mention that you will also pay all other utilities (about an additional $100 bucks a month and I'm conservative). Don't let any of the negative feedback detour you from moving into this place though. Most of the complaints probably come from people that own pets (won't admit that they destroy the property) and people that don't pay their rent on time.

Wow, now I see why my water bill is so high. I wish they would warn people before they decide to rent. I wasn't surprized that the water/sewer isn't included in the rent because most of these newer apartment communities do it that way, but I couldn't believe the bill when I got it. I live in a one bedroom and I run anywhere from $40 to a high of $69 a month for water/sewer. And I have a high efficiency washing machine. What is also strange is that the rate for the water will vary by month. Oh well, now I know. Also would like to add that this management company does do an excellent job with keeping the landscaping up and keeping the grounds clean. Better than most in that department.
