Do not move in there!!! I just called for information about the apartment. The manager went off topic and repeated over and over again their deal with rent.com's not going to work. I told him it's OK, but I wanted to get some info. However, he was extremely rude, and told me that he's not going to make an appoitment with me because I don't have a cell phone. When I asked why, he's saying he could see that it's not working here; he cut off my phone when I asked to speak to another person. He's a psycho!!!
