The place has bad electrical wiring. Every time someone uses the elevator, the lights flicker. If the elevator is broken.

The place has screwed up heat. It is either really cold or hot. It doesn't matter what you set the gauge at.

While the maintenance guy is nice, he is over worked.

The only good thing about this place is it is a block from the tattered cover.
