The building seems to have balsa wood floors and walls: every step your neighbor takes you will hear, as well as every word.
If you like to take a shower, this place is not for you. Water pressure is terrible, and you will be both scalded and frozen during every shower.
The place has mice-- I've killed 3. Peoples' dogs poop all the time on the hallway/ stairway carpet. The grounds are like a dog crap minefield. Do not walk on the grass unless you want to scrape dog crap off your shoes.
This building needs to be demolished: it STINKS.
