| 03/14/2013 | I've lived at Regent Park since June of 2012 and have had a great experience here. I originally lived in a 1BR and decided to transfer to a 2BR with a friend. Management was very easy-going and helpful with our last-minute transfer. I work in property management, and know that transfer fees can be just as expensive as moving to a whole new property. I was not charged one fee, deposit, or anything other than the original amount I paid to move in. They also charged nothing for my old apartment. The rent is good for the area, and they ...
