Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I have been renting here for 10 months and I will not be renewing my lease. To begin with there are building side drug deals, infants crawling in the street with no supervision, tenants held up at gun point for drugs and the most ghetto section 8 people you have ever seen in your life. I have children and I thought the pool and playground would be nice for them but we can't use any of that because the getto -------- hanging around give dirty looks until we leave. Once a month the SWAT team comes here and does a sweep. One summer night we were lucky enough to see a man get tasered in front of our building. If all of that was not bad enough, the property manager stole my rent money for a new truck(he went to jail and the investigation is pending). You would be crazy to rent here.
