You are an idiot. We were the maintenance and management during the "running gun battle" and the murder of April Mascaranhas. We weren't running a porn web site you moron. Neither of us are even into porn (although I will watch in on occasion just like almost any guy). The "running gun battle" was three non residents who were guests of section 8 tenants. What the hell were we supposed to do to prevent crap like that? And April was a friend of ours. She was killed in the crossfire between two gang bangers. While I concede the place was a --------, not in appearance but in location at least, we worked our butts off and I risked my life several times trying to clean the place up. We also let families that were down on their luck slide on their rent for months at a time and we are the reason so many residents got a Christmas break from rent one year. That is what we got in trouble for, not porn. Quit spreading rumors unless you plan on joining a crochet club or something. And I know who you are. You were the only resident to actually have had one of the bullets go through your apartment. Grow a ------- pair ----- boy the place wasn't Bagdad. If you expect a 125 lb girl and a maintenance guy to protect you then maybe you should move into a nursing home or a day care. I do agree with the overall sentiment here though. I would never rent an apartment there. The owners are corrupt and to them the tenants are their last consideration.
