This place is horrible. I lived here for 2 years while I was at Regis University, and went through three managers. The first guy was an idiot, he stole my rentmoney, claiming i never turned it in, and I almost was evicted, but he was arrested later on several counts of the same thing. the next manager that was there was great, he had a great team of maintenance, who always helped out, and always would come tell the section 8 people to shut up at 2am for us so we could sleep. then that management left for no reason it seemed, and now we are back to getting screwed. there have been 3 shootings, a homicide, a drug bust, and several illegal imigrant busts, where 30 -------- live in 2 bedrooms to save money, yet they all have escalades and mercedes benz. they party all night through out the week, launch illegal fireworks, and when the cops do come, which isn't likely because regis place is in "nincorporated" adams county so no one wants to come by, they don't do ----. the kids piss in the pool, there are tag markings all over doors, cars, and the sidewalk, and drug deals go down every night. this place is BS, and nothing gets fixed. I went two months without a garbage disposal that broke, and it smelled like crap. this place is ghetto, if you have to live here, don't go outside alone, you will get raped and mugged.

Preach it! Glad I'm not the only who hates this place. Counting the days till the lease ends. This has been the worst renting experience in my life!

Just a note to all of you who assume Section 8 = Lowlife... I'm on Section 8 because I'm physically disabled, so does that make me "hazardous"??? No, of course it doesn't! In fact, I'm a quiet, responsible and courteous person/neighbor. Idiots are everywhere and financial status doesn't make a person better or worse. All poor people are not bad, irresponsible, dirty, dangerous, or hazardous. Just like people with money are not necessarily good, responsible, clean, safe or non-hazardous!
