I lived on the 7th floor. It was nice, quite place to live. I especially liked the balcony, I could sit outside and enjoy the day and watch the world go by. Even though the complex is next to a busy intersection, it wasn't that bad, you get use to the noise and enjoy it all. The staff was so nice and helpful. I also like the little social events they had planned, such as the wine tasting, and they had the firefighters/police come over to talk to the residents about safety. If there were any problems, the maintenance team would get it done quickly. The property also had a program which would go towards home buying.

I moved because my job was relocating me out of state. Other than that, I would have enjoyed staying there.
