Look elsewhere

This apartment complex is the most poorly run apartment I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. They need a management change desperately.
The apartments themselves are ok, however, if anything is broken, expect it to be "ghetto rigged" back together, and broken again shortly.
You can hear every noise the neighbors make, and it definitely feels like you're living in a cubicle.
The amenities may are great at first appearance, but if you plan on playing pool, you better own your own stick because the office keeps theirs locked up and only grudgingly loans them to renters. Plus, the office closes at 6, so the pool room might as well close at 6 too, since you no longer have access to the sticks. The pool is disgusting. The odor of urine eminates from it and it is an awful green color. don't touch the sides or the bottom of the pool either, you will find it slimy and disgusting to the touch. The hot tub smell is noxious- They allow kids in the hot tub and they use it as a toilet. The management turns the hot tub down to 60 degrees daily, and it takes hours to warm it back up. Half of the equipment in the fitness room does not work, and the sauna is nailed shut.
The elevators are impossibly slow, so plan on taking the stairs or waiting minutes for the elevator.
I will be looking for any alternative place to live than this, and i suggest any person who would like to use the amenities they are paying for to look elsewhere as well. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

This review sounds like someone is just not very happy with anything and should not have chosen this type of community. I have lived here for a number of years and find all the amenities to be in good working order and the pool is crystal clear, my apartment spacious and it is very quiet. Whenever something breaks, the maintenance people do a good job of fixing things. The staff is always helpful and nice. There is nothing the management can do about the age of the building, the elevators or the size of the apartments. The age requirements for the pool and hottub are posted. Young children are not allowed in the hottub. I use the hottub alot and it is clean, hot water. Sounds like this person should be living somewhere where there are no kids allowed(maybe a house)? or where there is no noise. I can't think of a better place to live and agree with all the other reviews, it is a great place to live!

The neg. review on here is amazing to me, since I have lived here almost a year now, and I can't believe we are both describing the same place ?? I wrote an excellent review before and I would repeat it again. All of the staff are wonderful and highly competent. Yes, it is not a new bldg., but that is just reality and it is very well maintained. The rent is very reasonable! Jeez, dude, if you wanted play pool so bad, get your own pool stick??

I agree. We lived there for a year, and while it wasn't really our thing (I don't enjoy living in apartment buildings that much. I'm a duplex kind of gal) it was a really pretty nice place, and I would recommend living there highly to anyone expressing interest in moving there.
The only complaints we ever had were that it just wasn't our thing... but that's nothing negative about the apartment complex itself. It's a nice place to live :)
