I agree that this is a good place to live. Not really sure where the previous reviewer got their information, as I find the amenities to be very good. Yes, things will break, but they are always fixed quickly. There are children who live here and they will swim, etc. I find the pool and hottub to be clean and very warm. I have checked out pool sticks overnight, with absolutely no problem. I find everyone who works at Remington Place to be very nice and helpful. If there are ever any problems, they are quick to fix things. This IS an apartment, not a house. But I think it is a great apartment, very large and very quiet and very well run.
